It's rare to meet an honest, competent, and kind individual--let alone a mechanic that meets all of those criteria. Samir is not only personable and easy to be around, he also has 30 years of experience and imparted some of that experience to me. I called and was able to get a next day visit for the estimate 8/3/25. They were super kind and helped me find my missing radiator cap. We discussed getting together a quote for the repairs on my vehicle and I felt really great.
However, I tried to reach out again for that quote and was told I would receive it by the following Friday 8/8/25. Which was understandable since it was a larger repair. I reached out again twice more (8/13 and 8/15) and received zero communication. I never received another message, never received a quote. Nothing. If they couldn’t provide me with a quote, it would have been nice for them to have let me know. Instead they have left me waiting and waiting.
However, I tried to reach out again for that quote and was told I would receive it by the following Friday 8/8/25. Which was understandable since it was a larger repair. He showed up at my house and within 15 minutes found the problem with my AC. He solved the issue in less than an hour and only charged me his diagnostic fee and the actual cost of the parts, no labor. He was polite and explained everything to me so that I could understand. I will be using him again.

Honest mechanic. Spent almost an hour to diagnose my problem but could not fix it because of dealer-required equipment, did not charge me. I offered but refused. Will call again if needed. Glad to see there are still some honest people around. Thank you.
